School For Training Ministers
The true Church of God - is just that - the Church of God - it belongs to God. It is not the church of men. Jesus Christ is the head of the true Church of God, and God the Father is the head of Christ . Jesus works through His Body - through His servants through the Holy Spirit.
Remember and don't forget that we are living in the end times - a time of almost universal corruption. God is well aware of this and so has to make His plans accordingly concerning His church in light of this corruption. People just don't seem to understand how corrupt mankind has become here in these last days. It is similar to the days of Noah, and in those days the world had so corrupted its ways that God sent a worldwide flood to destroy that corrupt world, and saved only Noah and his immediate family go to Noah's Ark.
God has not changed. God never changes. If He was very displeased with the increased sin and corruption then - He is still just as displeased today with sin and corruption.
So God will take into account this corruption today in building His church. Jesus Christ will make the adjustments needed, and remember He will do it His way - not our way. Too many people just don't seem to understand that it is God's church - not ours. God will see to it that the true church will be restored and rebuilt in these evil times, but He won't do it our way He will do it His way. God knows much of the future, and can foresee the dangers the church is in and will therefore take the necessary measures to protect and build it up. So leave it up to God, have faith in Christ and just keep obeying and follow Jesus. God works through His servants and reveals His secrets to His prophets.
The time has come to begin the process of starting a School For Training Ministers. This has to do with rebuilding the true Church of God in these Last Days and specifically the public phase of the Church of God.
The Specifics Concerning the School for Training Ministers
(some changes may be made in this plan due to circumstances)
1. The school is designed to train Pastors who will help build up the public phase of God's Church.
2. When will it start ? As soon as there are enough students signed up.
3. Who will run the course ? God the Father and God the Son Jesus Christ will run the school and the training course through the Holy Spirit. They will teach the students through the Holy Spirit. They will work through their servants. I - Ray Wegner will be the human being who will run it and teach, but in truth it will be God the Father and God the Son Jesus Christ teaching and doing the work through the Holy Spirit.
4. How many will be in the school ? The goal is to eventually have and train 40 persons in each class - only men.
5. How long will the training period last ? It is slated at this time to be a 3 year course. There will be formal classes once a week on the weekly Sabbath (this is on the true Sabbath - which runs from Friday Sunset to Saturday sunset). Also on the Annual Holy Day Sabbaths, which are Passover, Days of Unleavened Bread, Pentecost, Feast of Trumpets, Day of Atonement, Feast of Tabernacles, and the Last Great Day.
Lessons will be just on these Sabbaths only.
6. Where would we meet ? At a rented or donated hall and regularly every Sabbath mostly in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. However, maybe we might meet at some other places in and around Calgary at times, but our main base is at Calgary. The lessons will be regular every weekly Sabbath and Annual Sabbaths, unless there is a serious emergency perhaps, but the goal is to meet every Sabbath.
7. When exactly will the school start ? It will officially begin once 12 male students are signed up for the 3 year course. It is only for male students, and no one else is allowed into the course.
8. There will be no tuition fee.
9. The students are to tithe their income and give the tithes to the human teacher Ray Wegner. That is their tuition fee. A tithe is one tenth of your net income. Go to tithes and offerings for more details.
10. I will just deal with these students in a teaching role on the Sabbaths. Otherwise will not have any dealings with them. No social dealings.
11. How long on each Sabbath would I be meeting and teaching the students ? In the afternoons and evenings.
12. How long would I Ray Wegner continue to run the school ? Until there are enough Pastors trained to do the work. God and Christ will decide that matter, and reveal the decision to us through the Holy Spirit. Remember - this is God's work, and we are just hired by God to do a job. It is their work, so they will decide how long the school shall continue.
13. The lessons will just happen on every Sabbath, but there probably will be some breaks whenever the human teacher could not make it to the lessons.
14. Once the 3 year course is over, God and Christ through the Holy Spirit will decide which persons are to be ordained as Pastors.
15. Then once ordained they will be sent out to build congregations.
16. How many Pastors are needed ? 120 Pastors are needed all together. Where would they go ? To the 12 Tribes of Israel.
17. The school is to start up as soon as possible, and as soon as we have 12 signed up students.
18. Ray Wegner is to collect the tithes and oversee this matter, since the tithe money must be used to do God's work, and is not there to make anyone rich, or to squander. It is vital the tithes and offerings be devoted to doing God's work, so absolutely must be used wisely and not wasted. This policy will carry on once the public phase of God's true Church is established.
19. Lesson attendance criteria needed to pass the course. There are 52 weeks in the year, and so 52 weekly Sabbaths, plus the annual Sabbaths. You would need to have attended at the minimum 40 Sabbath lessons within a one year period to pass the course, and naturally there will be other factors involved as well, like how well you understand and so on.
20. The aim is for the human teacher to have nothing to do with these students on the other days of the week, but to deal with them only on the Sabbaths. This is just business and not a personal matter. If you are a diligent student you will have established a personal relationship with God and Jesus Christ. You also have your own freinds and family no doubt.
21. What if other persons besides these from the Pastor Training School want to attend regular Sabbath Services ? Well then we would just meet separately on the Sabbath in the mornings. I would conduct these services.
Polygamy will not be allowed in the public phase of God's Church. Some Mormon sects still practice this, but that is not part of our doctrine. We have a strong Mormon tradition here in Southern Alberta and South East British Columbia, so we will be influenced by them and maybe some former Mormons as students, but polygamy in the public phase of the church will not be doctrine.
The Ministry Training School would be in the afternoons and no women allowed there. The Pastor Training School is strictly for men only. We will now have any female Pastors.
22. Place of Safety - I know where it is to be already, but will not be telling right now. The students and the church will find out soon enough.
23. God and Christ will call into the church those they want in the church. It is God the Father who draws people into the church through His Spirit.
24. This will be the Philadelphia Phase of God's true Church of God. But remember - this is God's true church and does not belong to Ray Wegner. God will built it His way - not my way or your way. He may do it in a way you would never expect. The world, and people have these perceptions and ideas about the church, but most often these images are out of tune with the reality, and out of tune with the head of the Church Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ will not follow us - we have to follow Him. Christ is a Creative Genuis, so don't ever try to box Him in, stifle Him, control Him, or limit the Unlimited God.
This is the Philadelphia era of the church. Doors will open for us. Doors will close. This is already happening. Christ will open doors for us to do His work, and no man will be able to shut those doors. Again this is already happening. And we shall be persecuted, because this comes with the territory. However, God will see us through, and we shall have to obey patiently God and be longsuffering with our persecutors.
The following message Christ given to the seven different phases of His true church describes what we are and will be. This is for me and all those who are and will be part of this church now and in the future.
Revelation 3:7-13 " And to the angel of the church in Philadelphia write; These things saith he that is holy, he that is true, he that hath the key of David, he that openeth, and no man shutteth; and shutteth, and no man openeth;
" I know thy works: behold, I have set before thee an open door, and no man can shut it: for thou hast a little strength, and hast kept my word, and hast not denied my name.
" Behold, I will make them of the synagogue of Satan, which say they are Jews, and are not, but do lie; behold, I will make them to come and worship before thy feet, and to know that I have loved thee.
" Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth.
" Behold, I come quickly: hold that fast which thou hast, that no man take thy crown.
" Him that overcometh will I make a pillar in the temple of my God, and he shall go no more out: and I will write upon him the name of my God, and the name of the city of my God, which is new Jerusalem, which cometh down out of heaven from my God: and I will write upon him my new name.
" He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches."
Revelation 12:13-17 " And when the dragon saw that he was cast unto the earth, he persecuted the woman which brought forth the man child. And to the woman were given two wings of a great eagle, that she might fly into the wilderness, into her place, where she is nourished for a time, and times, and half a time, from the face of the serpent. And the serpent cast out of his mouth water as a flood after the woman, that he might cause her to be carried away of the flood. And the earth helped the woman, and the earth opened her mouth, and swallowed up the flood which the dragon cast out of his mouth. And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ. "

Since the early 1980s I Ray Wegner have not been affiliated with the Worldwide Church of God (now called Grace Communion International) or any group that split from them. You can read the doctrines of the true Church of God of which I am part of and try hard to follow. This is the true Body of Christ which is God's genuine Holy Spirit led Church of God.
You can read about my experience with the Worldwide Church of God. What happened to me with that Church, and the way I was treated is so incredibly wrong and corrupt as to be almost unbelievable. They have since changed their name and are now known as Grace Communion International, and in my judgment have now joined the ranks of the heretics, and the great apostate church - and are now part of Mystery Babylon and Her Harlot Daughters.
I was kicked out of that Church for absolutely no reason. There was never a reason even given or explained as to why I was disfellowshipped. There were no sins of mine even mentioned by the Ministers who were responsible for me being disfellowshipped. I was a dedicated loyal member, who sent in tithes for almost 20 years, who attended Church Services regularly, and who never caused any problems in the Church, and who socialized peacefully with the brethren before and after Sabbath Church Services. I never got into any trouble in our community, and never was in trouble with the Law, or anything like that. These are the facts - this is not just my opinions. I was just a law abiding God fearing Christian, but them kind of people seem to be the most dangerous of all to the control freaks, and the power thirsty individuals that inhabit too many Churches these days.
Some of the biggest control freaks you want to meet can be found in organized religion, and in many of our churches here in Canada and Alberta, and they have caused and continue to cause enormous damage. These people want to control your mind and your thinking processes. There are too many control freaks in organized religion, and that is just one of the many reasons why we need to set up a School to train Pastors, so we can get away from all this mind control, and mind manipulation, and the controlling of congregations through fear, and all that nonsense. Spiritual blackmail or spiritual terrorism must not operate in the Church of God. This sort of thing has no place in God's Church.
I never harmed anyone in that Church, and in fact helped another person become a believer and be baptized. I was kicked out for no reason other than I would not go along with the Minister and be dishonest. If I had been a liar - probably no one would have had me removed and disfellowshipped. However, if I had gone along with these people and been dishonest with what I knew very well was the truth - well then I would have been in trouble with God. So my priority is always to please God first, and so I was kicked out by men. However, men cannot remove you from the True Body of Christ. I was and still am part of the Body of Christ. Men don't have any authority to remove you from the real Church of God, which is a spiritual organization consisting of those who have the Holy Spirit living in them. Men can't put you into the true Church, and men cannot remove you from it. That is up to God the Father and God the Son Jesus Christ.
From my experience I feel the true Church of God is in a mess here in these Last Days and needs to be rebuilt. I also feel that much of it has died out spiritually due to idolatry. God will not play second fiddle to anything and anyone. He must be first, especially in the Church.
Therefore I want to start up this school to train Pastors, who will be able to help rebuild the public Church of God and get it up and running and growing again. There is a severe shortage of labourers in God's harvest.
The following is a list of some things I want to see put into and carried out in the Church, and the way it is organized and the hierarchy. I feel these are in harmony with the scriptures.

Let us not forget that Jesus Christ is the head of the Church. So work with Christ and don't handcuff and limit Him. Let Christ organize the Church throuigh His Spirit - the Holy Spirit.

I myself would be the head human Pastor of the Church, and church doctrine could not be changed or altered without my consent. My record shows that I am not a politician and will not water down fundamental principles to please men.

There needs to be an independent body of elders in the Church that can independently handle and Judge internal disputes. This body of elders needs to be selected by the congregation as a whole. They cannot have any authority to remove Pastors, without the advice and consent of the Head Pastor.

The organized hierarchy must not be permitted to arbitrarily kick out or disfellowship members. Such decisions need to dealt with by the independent body of Elders, who will independently Judge the matter. This body of elders must be independent of the head Pastor.
These are just some ideas, and we shall expand on them and deal more with these things later. There may be some clarification and change to these ideas.
Basically we need to get back to the fundamentals of the faith, and insure the Church is organized in such a way, so the brethren are protected and we can get down to doing God's work, and preparing for the return of Jesus, and preaching the Gospel.
